with SACAI as a full academic record and full compliance with all the promotion requirements are non-negotiable.

NSC 2025 Awards Ceremony

SACAI hosted its NSC 2025 Awards Ceremony on 17 January 2026 at The Capital, Menlyn Maine, bringing together candidates, families, and institutional stakeholders for a morning themed “Celebrating Excellence.” The ceremony recognised outstanding academic performance across independent schools, distance education providers, and online schools, and celebrated the dedication behind every award resulting from quality teaching, disciplined study habits, and strong support structures.

URGENT NOTICE TO INSTITUTIONS

SACAI is issuing a final notice to all institutions, parents, and candidates that no further changes or registrations can be accommodated as of September 12, 2025, because all arrangements for the printing of question papers, answer scripts, and logistics have been finalized.

OUTSTANDING ASSESSMENT COMPONENTS FOR GRADE 12

This urgent letter from SACAI formally informs a Grade 12 candidate and their parent/guardian that specified School-Based Assessment (SBA), Practical Assessment Task (PAT), and Oral components are outstanding and must be submitted to the institution by September 1, 2025, or the candidate will be deregistered from the subject(s) and disallowed from writing the final examination, requiring them to redo the subject in 2026 without a fee refund.
